摘要

家庭教育指导是帮助学生家长提高家庭教育质量的重要保障.学校是家庭教育指导不可缺少的主体,是提供家庭教育指导的主要渠道.目前,我国学校在提供家庭教育指导服务时存在家校权责界限模糊;管理评价机制僵化;教师家庭教育指导能力不足;资源开发共享体系不健全等问题.为提高家庭教育指导质量,促进学生健康成长,学校应厘清权责界限,承担相应责任;加强管理规划,完善考评机制;加强校本研修,提高教师家庭教育指导能力;开发培训资源,夯实保障机制.

Abstract

Family education guidance is an important guarantee to help students'parents improve the quality of family education.Schools are the indispensable main body of family education guidance and the main channel for providing family education guidance.At present,in the process of providing family education guidance servic-es,schools in China have problems such as blurred boundaries of rights and responsibilities between home and school;rigid management and evaluation mechanisms;insufficient capacity of teachers to provide family educa-tion guidance;and incomplete resource development and sharing system.In order to improve the quality of fami-ly education guidance and promote the healthy growth of students,schools should clarify the boundaries of au-thority and responsibility and assume corresponding responsibilities;strengthen management planning and im-prove the evaluation mechanism;strengthen school-based training and improve teachers'family education guid-ance ability;develop training resources and strengthen the guarantee mechanism.
