Research on the Strategy and Practice of Mental Health Cultivation in Colleges and Universities in the New Period
The practice of mental health education in colleges and universities in the new period focuses on adapting to the needs of social development in contemporary China and deepening the core role of mental health education in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.On the basis of emphasizing the importance of strengthening mental health education for promoting students'overall development,improving the quality of edu-cation,and building a harmonious campus environment,the paper systematically analyzes the main challenges mental health education in colleges and universities are facing at present,including the multiple faces of mental health problems,the double-edged sword effect of the digital era,and the demand for the construction of an all-environmental mental education system,explores and puts forward three paths of constructing an advanced men-tal health service system,innovating the model of integrating education and expanding multiple channels of edu-cation,aiming to provide theoretical references and practical bases for the sustainable development of the quality of higher education.
