高职商务英语专业学生职业能力评价体系构建研究

摘要
职业能力,是高职教育人才培养的特色及目标,更是高职人才综合素质与能力培养的重点.高职商务英语专业人才培养,必须围绕职业能力培养展开,建立科学的职业能力评价体系,对于教育实施具有导向、激励和评价作用,借以促进教学目标的有效实现.为此,本研究先行解读了高职商务英语专业核心职业能力内涵,随后探讨了职业能力评价体系构建原则,最后构建了一套完整的职业能力评价体系,希冀借此为相关教职人员提供参考.
Abstract
Vocational competence is the characteristic and goal of talent cultivation in higher vocational edu-cation,and it is also the key to enhancing the comprehensive quality and ability of higher vocational talents.The cultivation of business English professionals in vocational colleges must revolve around the cultivation of profes-sional abilities,establish a scientific evaluation system for professional abilities,and have advantages in guiding,motivating,and evaluating educational implementation,in order to promote the effective achievement of teaching objectives.Therefore,this study first interprets the connotation of the core professional competence of business English major in vocational colleges,then explores the principles of constructing a professional competence eval-uation system,and finally constructs a complete professional competence evaluation system,hoping to provide references for relevant teaching staff.
