基于大数据的高职学生网格化管理模式构建探究

网格化管理模式应用于高职院校学生管理中,管理基础需结合新兴网络技术展开,按照特定标准,将被管理对象划分为不同的单元,以此实现校园现代化管理.新时期高职院校建设中,对学生管理工作提出了新的要求和标准,传统学生管理工作的弊端也随之显露出来.为此,本研究先行探讨了大数据背景下高职构建学生网格化管理模式的必要性,随后提出了几项可行性较高的网格化管理意见,希冀借此为相关教职人员提供参考.
Abstract
The application of grid management mode in student management in vocational colleges requires the combination of emerging network technologies for management foundation.According to specific standards,the managed objects are divided into different units to achieve the goal of modern campus development manage-ment.In the construction of vocational colleges in the new period,new requirements and standards have been put forward for the content and methods of student management work,and the drawbacks of traditional student man-agement work have also been exposed.This study first explores the necessity of constructing a student grid man-agement model in higher vocational colleges under the background of big data,and then proposes several feasible grid management suggestions,hoping to provide references for relevant teaching staff.
