教育强国建设背景下高校教学质量的提高离不开稳定、高素质的教学秘书队伍.本文主要运用SWOT分析法对当下高校教学秘书队伍的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析,并在系统把握上述因素的基础上提出优化高校教学秘书队伍的策略,以期促进高校教学秘书队伍高质量发展.
Abstract
Under the background of building a powerful country in education,the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities can not be separated from a stable and high-quality team of teaching secretar-ies.This paper mainly uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities,and on the basis of grasping the above factors,puts for-ward the strategy of optimizing the teaching secretary team in order to promote the high-quality development of the teaching secretary team in colleges and universities.
