全方位全链条的高等学历继续教育管理体系建设研究

摘要
高等学历继续教育是服务全民终身学习教育体系的重要组成部分,高质量发展是当前高等学历继续教育的主基调,为落实这一目标,本文在分析教育部相关文件要求的基础上,提出了建设涵盖人才培养体系、教学管理体系、师资队伍、教育理念创新、信息化平台建设及质量保障与监控体系等全方位全链条的高等学历继续教育管理体系,并对该体系建设进一步细化,旨在为相关人员提供参考.
Abstract
Higher diploma continuing education is an important part of the lifelong learning education sys-tem serving the whole people,and high-quality development is the main tone of higher diploma continuing educa-tion at present.In order to implement this goal,this paper analyzes the requirements of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education.This paper proposes the construction of a comprehensive chain of higher education con-tinuing education management system covering personnel training system,teaching management system,teach-ing staff,education concept innovation,information platform construction and quality assurance and monitoring system,and further details the construction of the system,aiming to provide reference for relevant personnel.
