新形势下检察机关在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中承担新职能、新任务,也面临新的机遇和挑战.培养高素质的检察干部是提升检察机关治理效能的关键.故而,检察教育培训工作同时有了新需求,需要进一步做好政治建设与业务培训的深度融合、加快建立培训资源库、寻求多种培训模式及方式的有效结合、切实做好培训成果转化,才能更好推进检察教育培训工作适应新形势新要求,实现精准高效培训.
Abstract
Supervisory organs are undertaking new functions and tasks in the process of promoting the mod-ernization of China's system and capacity for governance,while facing new challenges at the same time.It is pri-mary to improving the quality and effectiveness for procurators'precision training,which brings renewed demand for procurators'education and training.It is necessary to further integrate political construction and business train-ing,accelerate the establishment of training resources,seek the effective combination of various training modes and methods,and effectively transform training results,so as to better promote procurators'education and train-ing to meet the needs of new requirements with precision and efficient training.
