The Construction and Application of Deviation Model of Value-Added Evaluation in Primary and Secondary Schools—Taking Changchun Jingyue High-Tech Zone as an Example
Value-added evaluation is a form of educational evaluation advocated by the state,which has the characteristics of development,fairness and scientificity.At the county level,there are few typical cases in the practice of value-added evaluation,and the existing value-added evaluation models are generally incompatible with science and operation.Jingyue High-tech Zone developed the deviation value-added evaluation model for the evaluation of school education and teaching quality and performance assessment in the region.The model has the characteristics of strong operability,wide coverage,high sensitivity and orientation,and has received good re-sults in the evaluation of regional education and teaching quality.
