On the Effective Cultivation of Students'Subject Literacy in Junior High School Mathematics Teaching
For middle school mathematics subjects with strong logic,abstraction,scientificity,and applica-bility,it is not only necessary to impart basic mathematical theories,knowledge,and concepts to students in the teaching process,but more importantly,to cultivate their subject literacy.This article provides a brief overview of the connotation and significance of cultivating subject literacy in junior high school mathematics,and conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current situation of cultivating subject literacy in junior high school mathematics teaching.While summarizing the achievements in cultivating subject literacy in middle school mathematics teaching in recent years,this paper focuses on analyzing the existing problems and shortcom-ings,and discusses effective strategies for cultivating subject literacy in middle school mathematics teaching from several different aspects.
