在新农科建设背景下,农业硕士的培养模式优化成为地方高校专业学位研究生教育改革的重要方向.依据农业硕士高层次复合应用型人才培养目标,构建科技小院与学科交叉、教学改革、学科竞赛、科研落地相结合的"科技小院+"农业硕士人才培养模式,强化理论与实践的结合,以实现高层次复合应用型人才的培养,推进新农科建设.
Abstract
Under the background of the construction of new agricultural sciences,the optimization of the cul-tivation mode of the master of agriculture has become an important direction for the reform of the education of the professional degree graduate in local collegesa nd universities.According to the goal of cultivating high-level composite and applied talent for the master of agriculture,the"Science and Technology Backyard+"talent culti-vation mode for the master of agriculture combines the science and technology college with discipline intersec-tion,teaching reform,discipline competition and scientific research,strengthens the combination of theory and practice,realize the cultivation of high-level composite and applied talents,and pushes forward the construction of the new agricultural sciences.
