大数据时代,应用统计专业硕士数据分析人才的需求缺口越来越大,但是目前人才培养模式无法跟上时代发展步伐,导致应用统计专业硕士毕业生的培养不能满足社会经济发展需求.研究基于人才培养、课程设计和就业指导等方面设计问卷调查,探索应用统计专业硕士的培养现状,分析目前应用统计专业硕士人才培养中存在的问题,并提出大数据背景下提高应用统计专业型硕士人才培养质量的参考性建议.
Abstract
In the era of big data,the demand for master's degree data analysis talent in applied statistics is in-creasing.However,the current talent cultivation mode cannot keep up with the pace of development,resulting in the cultivation of master's degree graduates in applied statistics not meeting the needs of socio-economic develop-ment.Through questionnaire surveys on talent cultivation,course design,and employment guidance,this study explores the current status of the cultivation of master's degree in applied statistics,analyzes the existing prob-lems in the cultivation of master's degree talents in applied statistics,and proposes reference suggestions for im-proving the quality of the cultivation of master's degree talents in applied statistics under the background of big data.
