Current Status and Development Strategies for Preschool Education Teaching Staff in Changchun
In recent years,the construction of preschool education teachers in Changchun has made great progress,but it also faces many challenges.Forward-looking thinking and strengthening the construction of pre-school education teachers is an important task of the times.This paper reviews the current situation of preschool education teachers in Changchun from multiple dimensions,deeply analyzes the existing problems and factors re-stricting development,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,which is of great significance for pro-moting the high-quality development of preschool education.
