在当前快速发展的社会和经济背景下,个人职业发展面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇,单靠传统教育已不足以支持学生的全面成长需求.将生涯规划与创客教育相结合,能够帮助学生在自我探索兴趣和潜能的同时,通过创客教育的实践路径,培养必要的职业技能和创新能力.结合"四基于整合模型"的实践路径,一方面通过项目训练等实践方式,培养大学生创新思维、团队合作和解决问题能力,另一方面促进个体对成长路径发展评估和职业目标调整,不断完善自我,为学生提供一个实践与反思相结合的学习环境,使学生在动手制作和创新实践的过程中,探索自我兴趣并发掘潜力,使学生对未来的职业道路有更明确的规划和目标,提升通用能力和就业竞争力,从而实现个人价值.
An Analysis of the Path of Combining Maker Education and Career Development Practice
In the current rapid development of the social and economic background,personal career develop-ment is faced with unprecedented challenges and opportunities,and the traditional academic education alone is not enough to support the overall growth needs of students.The combination of career planning and maker educa-tion can help students explore their interests and potential,and cultivate necessary vocational skills and innova-tion ability through the practical path of maker education.Combined with"four-based-on integration model"prac-tice path,on the one hand,through project training practice,cultivate college students'innovative thinking,team cooperation and problem solving ability,on the other hand to promote the individual growth path development as-sessment and career target adjustment,constantly improve themselves,provide students with a practice and reflec-tion of learning environment,make the students explore interest and explore potential in the process of making and innovative practice,make the students for the future career path have more clear planning and goals,improve general ability and employment competitiveness,so as to realize the maximization of personal value.
