On Optimization Measures of the Informatization Management of College Archives under the Background of Smart Campus
Nowadays,with the rapid development of information technology,constructing array archives in colleges and universities to promote the transformation of information management of archives has become one of the important means for colleges and universities to improve the quality of running schools and public servic-es.However,under the influence of factors such as regional economic level,educational philosophy and informa-tion level of colleges and universities,the progress in the construction of information management of archives is uneven.In order to break the development deadlock,this paper studies and discusses how colleges and universi-ties should optimize and upgrade the informatization management of archives under the background of smart campus environment,discusses the optimization measures of college archives informatization management under the background of smart campus from multiple perspectives,aiming at providing reference for relevant personnel.
