Research on Innovative Ways of College Counselors'Working Mode
As an important guide and supporter of students'growth,college counselors maintain the innova-tion of their work model and it is very important to help students to develop themselves.In the context of"Inter-net+",it is particularly urgent to innovate the work model of college counselors.Based on this,this paper con-ducts in-depth research on the innovative approaches to the working mode of college counselors in the era of"in-ternet+".It first explains the necessity of innovative construction of the counselor's working mode in the era of"internet+",then analyzes the current challenges faced by college counselors in the process of innovation in their work models,and finally discusses how college counselors should develop ways to innovate their working mode from multiple perspectives,aiming to provide reference for relevant personnel.
