地方高校学生教学信息员工作运行机制的研究

摘要
学生教学信息员工作对于高校教学管理与质量监控起着至关重要的作用,是教学质量保证体系的一个基本环节.本文针对地方高校学生教学信息员工作中存在的制度设计理念与实际运行不一致、学生教学信息员队伍专业性不强等问题,研究学生教学信息员工作运行机制,并提出实施策略,使其在教学质量保证体系中发挥作用.保障学生教学信息员工作的完整性及衔接性,对于增强学生参与度、促进师生互动、提升教学质量和学校管理水平都具有重要意义.
Abstract
The work of student teaching information officer is one of the main links of teaching quality assur-ance system,which plays a vital role in teaching management and quality control in local colleges and universi-ties.Aiming at the problems such as the inconsistency between the system design concept and the actual opera-tion and lack of professionalism,this paper studies the operation mechanism of the students teaching messenger and puts forward implementation strategies,so that it can play a role in the teaching quality assurance system.Re-search on operation mechanism can help the student teaching messenger to maintain the integrity and cohesion of their work.It can enhance student engagement and teacher-student interaction,and improve the quality of teach-ing and school management.
