A Discussion on the Cultivation Strategies for Cultural Industry Management Talent in Local Colleges and Universities
Intangible cultural heritage is an important component of the millennium old excellent traditional cultural system of the Chinese nation.China attaches great importance to the inheritance and development of ex-cellent traditional Chinese culture.In order to further implement the traditional cultural education decisions pro-moted by the Ministry of Education in various stages of education,we should root in the deep soil of excellent tra-ditional Chinese culture in different stages of education,adhere to the position of Chinese culture,inherit the genes of Chinese culture,and more conducive to guiding students to sort out correct aesthetic values and noble moral sentiments,and cultivate their deep national emotions.Therefore,this study combines the cultural educa-tion needs of higher education stage and focuses on the theme of"wholeheartedly inheriting'intangible cultural heritage'and revitalizing the cultural industry".It conducts an in-depth analysis of the training strategies for cul-tural industry management professionals in local colleges and universities,hoping to provide reference for rele-vant teaching staff.
