摘要

随着以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革的深入,视频证据的转化必将趋于规范化和法治化.然而,现有的视频侦查技术课程在设计和教学实施过程中仍暴露出对证据意识培养不足的问题,通过对课程相关法律规范适用设计、强化课程团队综合性建设、丰富线上线下教学资源等方面着手探索对证据意识的融入,有助于视频侦查技术课程顺应改革趋势,不断增强课程的适应力.

Abstract

With the deepening of reforms in the judicial system centered on trials,the transformation of vid-eo evidence will inevitably tend towards standardization and legality.However,existing video forensic technolo-gy courses have not paid enough attention to the design and teaching implementation process,exposing issues such as the lack of awareness of legal provisions related to video evidence.To address these issues,it is necessary to explore the integration of evidence awareness into video forensic technology courses from the perspectives of clarifying relevant legal norms,enhancing the comprehensive building of the course team,and enriching online and offline teaching resources.This helps video forensic technology courses to adapt to the trend of reform,and continuously enhance their adaptability.
