The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is a realistic and urgent problem,and the postdoc-toral system is an important system for cultivating and attracting innovative young talents in the world.This pa-per aims to carry out practical thinking on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents with the starting point and goal of optimizing postdoctoral training.Firstly,it clarifies the key contribution of postdoctoral system in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.Secondly,it compares the development situation and experience in the world,and analyzes the problems faced by postdoctoral talents cultivation in China.Finally,it puts forward some optimization suggestions such as developing individual value to release postdoctoral potential,building coopera-tion and sharing space to break academic exchange barriers,optimizing scientific research funding channels and efforts to drive innovation,establishing flexible appointment mechanism to improve postdoctoral cooperation willingness,and building scientific research efficiency incentive mechanism to promote innovative achievements.
