Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management of Public Institutions
The financial management of public institutions is the core of their economic activities,which plays an important role in ensuring the safety of funds and improving the efficiency of fund use.However,in the actual operation,there are many problems in the financial management of public institutions,such as the budget management is not standard,the internal control system is not perfect,the asset management is not strict and the low level of financial management information and so on.these problems seriously restrict the efficiency and ef-fect of financial management.In order to cope with these challenges,public institutions need to take a series of countermeasures,including strengthening the budget management,improving the internal control system,strict asset management and improving the level of financial management information.The implementation of these measures will help to improve the overall level of financial management of public institutions,ensure the safe and effective use of funds,and provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of the unit.This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in the financial management of public institutions,and put forward the cor-responding solutions,in order to provide a useful reference for the improvement and perfection of the financial management of public institutions.
