实践取向视阈下幼儿教师观察能力提升的路径
The Path of Improving the Observatory Ability of Preschool Teachers from the Perspective of Practice Orientation

摘要
观察是了解幼儿发展水平及其行为背后原因的主要方式,也是幼儿教师专业成长的重要技能.但是,当前学前教育专业学生所具备的职业素养和能力难以完全匹配幼儿园保教工作岗位,究其原因是当前教学实践中仍然存在课程目标重认知、轻思维,课程内容重理论、轻实践,课程实施重讲授、轻体验,课程评价重结果、轻诊断等问题.本文以《学前儿童行为观察与分析》课程建设与教学改革为载体,从优化课程目标、重构课程内容、创新教学方法和改革教学评价四个维度对实践取向视阈下幼儿教师观察能力的提升路径进行了探索.
Abstract
Observation is the main way to understand the level of children's development and the reasons be-hind their behavior.It is also an important way for preschool teachers to grow professionally.However,at pres-ent,there are still some problems in teaching practice,such as emphasis on cognition and light on thinking,em-phasis on theory and light on practice in curriculum content,emphasis on teaching and light on experience in cur-riculum implementation,emphasis on results and light on diagnosis in curriculum evaluation.Based on the curric-ulum construction and teaching reform of Preschool Children's Behavior Observation and Analysis,this paper ex-plores the ways to improve preschool teachers'observation ability from four dimensions:optimizing curriculum objectives,reconstructing curriculum content,innovating teaching methods and reforming teaching evaluation.
