摘要

近年来,数字赋能的概念已深入教育领域的各个角落,作为国民教育体系中传承技术技能、培养多样化人才的职业教育,亦将数字化建设、数字化应用及数字化升级作为院校未来发展的重要方向,而职业院校教师队伍的数字素养水平直接关系着职业教育数字化的发展速度,数字赋能是职业教育战线上所有教师锻造自身本领的必负重任.本文以数字赋能为研究视域,重点探讨职业院校教师队伍数字胜任力提升的时代动因、当下困境、解决策略等问题,为后续研究提供参考.

Abstract

In recent years,digital empowerment has deeply penetrated people's hearts.Vocational education inherits technical skills and cultivates diverse talents in the national education system.It regards digital construc-tion,digital application,and digital upgrading as important directions for the future development of vocational colleges.The digital literacy level of vocational college teachers is related to the speed of digital development in vocational education.Digital empowerment is the important task for vocational education teachers to forge their own abilities.This paper takes digital empowerment as the research object,focusing on exploring the era's driv-ing forces,current challenges,and solutions for the digital empowerment of vocational college teachers,provid-ing reference for future research.
