新时代城市小学多元全纳劳动教育体系研究初探

本文以新时代小学生劳动教育为背景,以多元全纳教育为理论基础,劳动课程标准为依据,劳动实践为载体,初步探析构建德育框架下的城市小学劳动教育体系,从而落实立德树人根本任务,全面提升小学生劳动核心素养.从四个维度进行劳动课程建设,常规课程持恒坚守,专项课程融会贯通,主题课程扎实深入,研学课程素养提升,实现家、校、社三方共育的劳动课程体系.深入研究劳动课程标准,融合学校德育框架下的评价体系,实现教、学、评一体化的劳动课程建设.多元全纳、人人出彩,实现学生喜欢的、符合实际的、基于课标的城市小学劳动教育课程建设.
A Preliminary Study on the Multi-Inclusive Labor Education System of Urban Primary Schools in the New Era
Based on the background of primary school students'labor education in the new era,with multi-ple inclusive education as the theoretical basis,labor curriculum standards as the basis,and labor practice as the carrier,the urban primary school labor education system under the framework of moral education is constructed.We will carry out the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,and comprehensively improve the core literacy of primary school students.The construction of labor curriculum should be carried out from four di-mensions,regular courses should be adhered to,special courses should be integrated,theme courses should be sol-id and in-depth,and the quality of research courses should be improved,so as to realize the labor curriculum sys-tem of home,school and community education.To study labor curriculum standards deeply,integrate the evalua-tion system under the framework of school moral education,and realize the integration of teaching,learning and evaluation of labor curriculum construction.Pluralistic and inclusive,everyone is outstanding,to achieve the stu-dents like,in line with the reality,based on the curriculum of urban primary school labor education curriculum construction,to achieve the education goal of moral education.
