The Composition and Cultivation of Core Literacy of High School Chinese Language Teachers
The proposal of the core literacy of high school Chinese language teachers is necessary for culti-vating the core literacy of subject.It consists of the sense of mission to cultivate virtue and cultivate people,rich traditional cultural foundation,proficient ability to apply Chinese language tools,strong literary and artistic aes-thetic ability,ability to develop and design Chinese language courses,ability to lead and promote Chinese lan-guage learning,and necessary Chinese language education and research ability,good information literacy and the ability to integrate Chinese language and information technology.The cultivation approach relies on top-level de-sign,adjusting the talent training program for Chinese language and literature majors in normal colleges and uni-versities,and optimizing the content of"national training"and"provincial training"projects.Secondly,it is neces-sary for Chinese language teachers to rely on self-improvement,make good career development plans,establish a lifelong learning awareness,and carry out independent and in-depth learning.
