摘要

在大思政背景下,德育为先,高中班主任作为实施德育工作的重要主体,将在提升学生综合素质方面扮演着重要角色,为学生树立正确三观指明方向.本文立足于大思政背景下高中班主任德育工作的主要目标与价值意蕴,从建立多元化德育平台、教育教学一体化以及个性化辅导与关怀等方面,对德育工作的具体实施路径展开讨论.

Abstract

In the context of ideological and political education,moral education is the top priority.As an im-portant subject in implementing moral education,high school homeroom teachers will play an important role in improving students'comprehensive quality and pointing out the direction for students to establish correct values.This paper is based on the main goals and value implications of the moral education work of high school class teachers under the background of ideological and political education.It discusses the specific implementation path of moral education work from the aspects of establishing diversified moral education platforms,integrating education and teaching,and personalized counseling and care.
