为了提高大数据管理与应用专业人才培养质量,本文根据该专业人才培养现存问题及特征提出相关行业发展的人才需求趋势,再从人才培养方向教学体系出发,探讨财经类高校大数据管理与应用专业的人才实训模式,并以吉林财经大学为例构建了大数据管理与应用专业人才培养的实训模式,培养适应数字时代的大数据管理与应用创新人才.
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of talent training for big data management and application majors,this paper proposes the talent demand trend for the development of relevant industries according to the existing problems and characteristics of talent training for this major.Then,starting from the teaching system for talent training,this paper discusses the talent training mode for big data management and application majors in finance and economics universities.Taking Jilin University of Finance and Economics as an example,the practical train-ing mode of big data management and application professional talent training is constructed to cultivate innova-tive talents of big data management and application that adapt to the digital age.
