Research on the Training Path of Sports Human Science Professionals in Sports Colleges and Universities Based on Career Orientation
With the continuous advancement of the Healthy China strategy,the people's pursuit of health lev-el and quality of life continues to improve,and the demand for sports and human science professionals is increas-ing,but the vocational competence of students in this major does not match the demand for job capability,and the structural contradiction between talent supply and demand is becoming increasingly prominent.This study analyz-es the current situation and existing problems of the training of sports and human science professionals in sports colleges and universities,and proposes that the talent training goals should be reasonably positioned based on so-cial demands,the curriculum structure should be optimized,the practical ability training should be strengthened,and the assessment and evaluation methods should be improved,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further clarifying the career orientation of sports human science professionals,exploring new paths for talent training,and promoting high-quality employment of students.
