以人为本视角下高职院校体育教学存在的问题及对策

高职院校体育教学中,教育者在关注学生身体素质提升同时,更要关注学生的身心健康成长需求.传统体育教学侧重于体育技能培养,强制性要求学生按照教师示范动作模仿训练,对于学生体育运动兴趣的培养效果较差,而以人为本理念的融合渗透,则可以为学生全面发展提供动力支持.但不可否认的是,目前以人为本视角下的高职体育教学仍然存在诸多问题,有待进一步完善.文章立足于以人为本视角,多角度分析目前高职院校体育教学中的问题,并尝试提出针对性的改善对策,期待为教学实践提供参考.
Problems and Countermeasures of Physical Education Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of People Orientation
In the physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges,the teacher should pay more at-tention to the improvement of students'physical quality and the needs of students'physical and mental health growth.Traditional physical education teaching focuses on the cultivation of sports skills,and requires students to imitate the teacher's demonstration movements,which has poor effect on students'interest in sports,while the in-tegration and penetration of people-oriented concept can provide dynamic support for students'all-round develop-ment.However,it is undeniable that there are still many problems in higher vocational physical education teach-ing from the people-oriented perspective,which need to be further improved.Based on the people-oriented per-spective,this paper analyzes the problems in physical education in higher vocational colleges from multiple an-gles,and tries to put forward targeted improvement countermeasures,hoping to provide reference support for teaching practice.
