基于CIPP模式的民办高校课程思政评价体系研究

"课程思政"是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措.民办高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,必须加强课程思政建设,提高人才培养质量.本文以民办高校为研究对象,基于CIPP评价模式,首先分析了民办高校课程思政评价的特征和框架;然后根据相关政策文本和文献资料,运用调查研究法构建了由4个一级指标、10个二级指标、25个三级指标构成的民办高校课程思政评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法计算各级指标的权重系数;最后对评价指标体系的应用进行了说明.本文尝试构建评价指标体系对民办高校课程思政展开全景评价,不断优化和推进民办高校课程思政建设,从而提高民办高校教育教学质量.
Research on Curriculum Ideology and Politics Evaluation System of Private Colleges and Universities Based on CIPP Mode
Curriculum ideology and politics is an important measure for colleges and universities to imple-ment the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.As an important component of higher education in China,private colleges and universities must strengthen the construction of curriculum ideology and politics,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.Based on the CIPP evaluation mode,this paper takes private colleg-es and universities as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics and framework of private college curriculum ideology and politics.Then,according to the relevant policy texts and literature,the evaluation index system composed of 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators is constructed by the method of investigation and research,and the weight coefficient of all levels of indicators is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the application of the evaluation index system is explained.This paper at-tempts to construct an evaluation index system to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of curriculum ideology and politics in private colleges and universities,and constantly optimize and promote curriculum ideology and politics construction in private colleges and universities,so as to improve the quality of education and teaching in private colleges and universities.
