摘要

少数民族学生对本民族文化天生具有亲切感和认同感,以少数民族文化创新预科生健美操教学的实践价值表现在激发预科生的学习兴趣,创新预科生的学习内容,强化预科生的就业能力;面临的挑战是教师职业能力的单一性、预科生民族背景的多元性以及教学方法与模式的创新;实践策略则是将外部力量与自主培养相结合,将个性特征与集体共识相结合,将传承优秀与动态创新相结合,创新教学方案,提高健美操教学质量.

Abstract

Ethnic minority students have a natural affinity and sense of identity with their own national cul-ture.The practical value of creating calisthenics teaching for preparatory students by minority culture is manifest-ed in stimulating their learning interest,innovating their learning content,and strengthening their employability.The challenges are the unicity of teachers'professional competence,the diversity of preparatory students'ethnic background and the innovation of teaching methods and modes.The practical strategy is to combine external forc-es with independent training,combine individual characteristics with collective consensus,combine inheriting ex-cellence with dynamic innovation,so as to innovate teaching programs and improve calisthenics teaching quality.
