The Innovation of College Teaching Management Mode under the People-Oriented Concept
In the current era,the society of all walks of life has higher and higher requirements for the com-prehensive quality of college students.College education should not only emphasize the cultivation of students'professional quality,but also enhance the awareness of ideological and political education,optimize the ideologi-cal and political education concept,and improve students'ideological and moral quality.In this regard,on the ba-sis of explaining the importance of"people-oriented"concept in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and combining with the main problems existing in the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper will focus on the study of the teaching management mode in colleges and universities,in order to promote the continuous improvement of college teaching management.
