摘要

学生成长导师制是一种新兴的教育模式,旨在通过建立师生一对一的指导关系,促进学生的全面发展.本文论述了导师制度、家庭教育指导的理论基础和现状,分析了导师制度对学生成长和家庭教育指导系统化、理论化的实际意义;探索出学生成长导师制的新路径:明确导师角色与职责,提供个性化指导与评估,促进多元互动与参与.导师制的实施不仅提高了学生的学习动力,也增强了师生之间的信任与沟通,为学生的长远发展奠定了坚实基础.

Abstract

The mentor system for student growth is an emerging educational mode aimed at fostering stu-dents'comprehensive development through establishing personalized mentoring relationships between teachers and students.This paper delves into the theoretical foundation and current status of the mentor system and family education guidance.It analyzes the practical significance of the mentor system in systematizing and theorizing student growth and family education guidance.Furthermore,a novel path has been explored in this paper for the mentor system,that is,clarifying mentor roles and responsibilities,offering personalized guidance and assess-ment,and fostering diverse interactions and participation.The implementation of the mentor system has not only boosted students'learning motivation but also strengthened trust and communication between teachers and stu-dents,laying a solid foundation for students'long-term development.
