吉林省青年创新人才的成长路径与优化策略

摘要
在东北全面振兴的大历史背景下,青年创新人才的成长路径研究将对吉林省的发展建设起到有力的助推作用.本文首先在吉林省的战略定位以及对人才的要求的框架内确定了青年创新人才的概念,在此基础上总结出青年创新人才的两条成长路径及三个成长特征,最后对青年创新人才的培养提出了优化策略.
Abstract
Under the historical background of the overall revitalization of Northeast China,the research on the growth path of young innovative talents will play a powerful role in promoting the development and construc-tion of Jilin Province.This paper first defines the concept of young innovative talents within the framework of Ji-lin Provincial strategic positioning and requirements for talent,then summarizes two growth paths and three growth characteristics of young innovative talent,and finally puts forward optimization strategies for the training of young innovative talents.
