An Exploration of Customized Training Talents for New Energy Science and Engineering Major in Applied Local Colleges and Universities
Under the background of energy revolution,the training of new energy science and engineering professionals has taken on a new and important responsibility.This paper proposes the"industry-enterprise-spe-cialty"customized class talent training mode,actively carries out education and teaching reform according to the energy layout and the development trend of new energy,closely connects with the talent needs of new energy in-dustry,improves the professional skill level of students majoring in new energy science and engineering,and pro-vides a reference for the customized talent training of similar colleges and universities.
