The Realization Path of Principal Leadership from the Perspective of School Internal Field
The leadership behavior of principals is closely related to the complex environment of the school,and its leadership effectiveness is largely limited and affected by the multi-level factors within the school.In or-der to maximize the leadership effectiveness of principals,it is inseparable from the support of the school's good organizational ecology,as well as the support of middle-level leaders and teachers.By continuously optimizing the key elements within the school and creating a positive,efficient and supportive field environment,it can pro-vide a strong guarantee for the leadership of the principal and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the school.
