为有效落实《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》中"减轻作业负担,提高作业设计能力"这一政策精神,笔者所在的长春经济技术开发区教师进修学校进行了有效探索,通过系统设计赛事活动撬动研究,建设研究路径推动实践,多维评价进行联动保障的统筹规划,在区域推进作业高质量研究方面进行了有益的探索,提出了高质量作业研究的新建构,构建了统筹性推进研究的新模型,形成了区域性工作保障的新范式.
An Exploration on Improving Regional Homework Quality Based on the Overall Planning of the"Double Reduction"Policy
To effectively implement the policy spirit of"reducing homework burden and improving home-work design capabilities"in the"Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Train-ing for Students in Compulsory Education",Teachers Training College of Changchun Economic and Technologi-cal Development Zone has conducted beneficial explorations in promoting high-quality homework research in the region through systematic design of competition activities to leverage research,the construction of research path-ways to promote practice,and the overall planning of multi-dimensional evaluation for collaborative support.This exploration has proposed a new framework for high-quality homework research,established a new model for coordinated promotion of research,and formed a new paradigm for regional work support.
