On the Barrier and Countermeasures of Output-Oriented Normal Students'Cultivation
There are still many barriers in the ability training of Chinese normal students,such as vague re-quirements for graduation,lack of scientific goals for after graduation,and lack of effective support from the cur-riculum system teaching methods which can not meet the needs of capacity-building;assessment and evaluation methods are single and arbitrary.In this regard,training objectives and curriculum system should be designed in accordance with the principle of output orientation,classroom teaching methods should be reformed in accor-dance with the student-centered concept,and the principles of"one-turn","two-fold","three-line"and"four-char-acteristics"of assessment and evaluation should be adhered to to establish a variety of assessment and evaluation mechanisms and continue to improve them.
