在"特种加工"课程中运用发散性思维教学方法的研究

特种加工技术已成为零件制造的重要工艺技术手段,"特种加工"课程在机械工程教育人才培养中的地位也愈发重要.传统"灌输式"讲授"特种加工"课程理论知识的教学方法,已经无法满足具有加工机理多样、学科交叉覆盖面广等特点的"特种加工"课程教学要求.本文对比分析了传统机械制造技术与特种加工技术的异同点,针对大学生工程基础知识薄弱以及"特种加工"课程教学内容零散、逻辑性不强等特点,在课程教学中采用发散性思维教学方法,在加强教学互动的同时,充分调动了学生自主学习的积极性,培养了学生学思结合的能力.
Research on the Teaching Practice of Divergent Thinking in the Course of Special Processing
Special processing technology has become an important technological means of parts manufactur-ing,and the position of"special processing"course in the training of mechanical engineering education personnel is becoming more and more important.Adopting the traditional teaching method of"filling"to teach the theoreti-cal knowledge of"special processing"has been unable to meet the teaching requirements of"special processing"which has the characteristics of various processing mechanisms and wide interdisciplinary coverage.This paper compared and analyzed the similarities and differences between traditional mechanical manufacturing technology and special processing technology.In view of the weak basic engineering knowledge of college students and the scattered and illogical teaching content of"special processing"course,the teaching method of divergent thinking was adopted in the course teaching,which not only strengthened the teaching interaction,but also fully aroused the enthusiasm of students in independent learning and cultivated students'ability to combine learning and think-ing.
