摘要

提高高校硕士研究生教育质量,关键是深化硕士研究生教育体制改革.在此背景下,研究生就业是否存在学历倒挂现象成为社会和政策制定者关注的焦点问题之一.通过调研,基于调查问卷和访谈数据,研究发现学历倒挂现象确实存在,但这是极个别案例,不具有普遍性,并且这一现象在一定程度上存在性别差异和个体异质性.尽管当前就业形势严峻,但学历提升渠道仍具有较高的收入回报率.最后,为避免学历倒挂,从改革人才培养模式、调整课程体系结构、深化素质教育、突出办学特色等方面提出政策建议.

Abstract

The key to improve the quality of postgraduate education is to deepen the reform of postgraduate education system.In this context,does the graduate employment exist the phenomenon of academic qualifica-tions hanging upside down?This has become a focus of concern for society and policy makers.Based on ques-tionnaire and interview data,this paper finds that the phenomenon of academic qualification reversal does exist,but it is a very rare case,not universal,and there are gender differences and individual heterogeneity in this phe-nomenon to a certain extent.Although the current employment situation is severe,there is still a high return on in-come through education promotion channels.Finally,in order to avoid academic qualifications hanging upside down,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from reforming personnel training mode,adjusting curric-ulum system structure,deepening quality education and highlighting school-running characteristics.
