摘要

加快推进专业学位研究生教育高质量发展,培养高层次应用型拔尖创新人才,对于建设研究生教育强国具有重要意义.目前我国高校专业学位研究生培养机制中存在一系列问题,如培养目标与社会需求不一致、培养质量与师资结构不均衡、培养模式与校企平台不协同等,制约着人才培养的质量与发展.本文详细阐述我国高校专业学位研究生培养机制存在的问题,并逐一提出优化建议,为新时代高校专业学位研究生培养机制的改革提供参考.

Abstract

It is of great significance for building a strong country of postgraduate education to accelerate the high-quality development of professional degree postgraduate education and cultivating high-level applied inno-vative talents.At present,there are a series of problems in the cultivation mechanism of professional degree post-graduates in Chinese colleges and universities,such as inconsistency between cultivation objectives and social needs,imbalance between cultivation quality and faculty structure,and non-synergy between cultivation modes and enterprise-college platforms,which restrict the quality and development of talent cultivation.This paper elab-orates on the problems existing in the cultivation mechanism of professional degree postgraduates in Chinese col-leges and universities and puts forward optimization suggestions one by one,providing reference for the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism in new era.
