摘要

射频阻抗标准器是验证射频阻抗测量仪器计量性能的关键装置,可建立仪器内部存储的基准数据与国家阻抗基准的溯源关系.本文分析了 10cm同轴无支撑空气线、短路标准器、开路标准器和50Ω阻抗匹配标准器的结构,基于传输线理论,运用等效、样条插值等算法,对射频阻抗标准器进行定值,并对定标值进行不确定度评定,建立了射频阻抗标准器量值与物理尺寸及国家微波阻抗基准的溯源关系,解决了目前射频阻抗量值溯源和量值传递的交叉重叠问题.

Abstract

Rf impedance standard is the key device to verify the measurement performance of RF impedance meas-uring instrument,which can establish the traceability relationship between the reference data stored inside the in-strument and the national impedance standard.In this paper,the structure of 10cm coaxial unsupported air line,short circuit standard,open circuit standard and 50Ω impedance matching standard is analyzed.Based on the trans-mission line theory,the RF impedance standard is fixed by using equivalent and spline interpolation algorithms,and the uncertainty of the calibration value is evaluated.The traceability relationship between the RF impedance standard quantity value,physical size and national microwave impedance standard is established,and the cross-o-verlap problem of RF impedance quantity value traceability and quantity value transmission is solved.
