本文对汽车指针仪表示数的识别,提出了一种基于RGB彩色空间图像处理的识别方案.首先,根据仪表盘图像的R、G、B分量的直方图,利用该分量的欧几里德距离法分割仪表盘的圆心和指针;然后,提取圆心的骨架和圆心的坐标,建立新的坐标系;最后,将指针的质心和仪表盘的圆心连成一条直线,通过直线位置识别指针读数.实验证明:该方法可用于指针式汽车仪表的自动化测试.
Reading Recognition of Automobile Pointer Dashboard Based on RGB Model
In this paper,a recognition scheme based on RGB color space image processing is proposed for the rep-resentation recognition of automobile pointer.Firstly,according to the histogram of R,G and B components of the instrument panel image,the center of the circle and the pointer of the instrument panel are divided by the Euclide-an distance method of the component.Then,the frame of the center and the coordinates of the center of the circle are extracted to establish a new coordinate system.Finally,the center of mass of the pointer and the center of the instrument panel are connected into a straight line,and the pointer reading is identified by the position of the straight line.Experimental results show that this method can be used for automatic testing of pointer type automobile instrument.
