Realization of Data Verification Function of Gas Flow Standard Device by Standard Table Method
In this paper,aiming at the deficiency of the verification method of the measurement performance of the standard gas flow standard device,a typical design of the device that can accompany the verification work and real-ize the data verification function is proposed,so as to ensure the accuracy of the quantity transmission of the device.
