机械臂遥操作是机器人研究领域中热门的研究方向.遥操作机器人系统中,采用虚拟现实技术和人机交互技术为操作者提供反馈,可更好地掌握工作现场的信息,提高工作效率.本文基于Unity3D的虚拟仿真环境,研究机械臂遥操作;将3D建模和Unity3D引擎开发用于机械臂遥操作的虚拟环境,并通过Socket网络接口,实现虚拟机器人和MyCobot机器人实时同步;利用三维鼠标,实现人机交互功能.
Research on Robot Simulation and Teleoperation System Based on Unity3D
TTeleoperation of robot arm is a popular research direction in the field of robot research.In teleoperation robot system,virtual reality technology and human-computer interaction technology are used to provide feedback to the operator,which can better grasp the information of the work site and improve the work efficiency.Based on the virtual simulation environment of Unity3D,this paper studies the remote operation of mechanical arm.3D mod-eling and Unity3D engine were used to develop virtual environment for remote operation of robot arm,and real-time synchronization of virtual robot and MyCobot was realized through Socket network interface.Three-dimension-al mouse is used to realize human-computer interaction.
