非标准安装条件下外夹式超声流量计测量误差的试验研究

为了提高在非标准安装条件下外夹式超声流量计的测量精度,本文以DN100管道为研究对象,构建L形弯管、L形渐缩管及L形闸阀扰流管3种非标准安装条件,研究外夹式超声流量计在非标准安装条件下的测量误差.结果表明:为保证外夹式超声流量计的测量精度,对于管道中存在弯头或弯头+渐缩管,应控制流量计的前端直管段长度不小于5D;对于管道中存在弯头+闸阀,应控制流量计的前端直管段长度在10D左右.
Experimental Study on Measurement Error of Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flowmeter under Nonstandard Installation Conditions
In order to improve the measuring accuracy of external clamped ultrasonic flowmeter under non-stand-ard installation conditions,this paper takes DN100 pipeline as the research object,builds L-shaped bend pipe,L-shaped taper pipe and L-shaped gate valve spoiler under non-standard installation conditions,and studies the measuring error of external clamped ultrasonic flowmeter under non-standard installation conditions.The results show that:in order to ensure the measuring accuracy of the external clamped ultrasonic flowmeter,the length of the straight pipe section of the front end of the flowmeter should be controlled not less than 5 D if there are elbow or el-bow+taper pipe in the pipeline.For elbow+gate valve in the pipeline,the length of the front straight pipe sec-tion of the flow meter should be controlled at about 10D.
