标准圆管作为超声波测厚仪校准的标准器,对超声波测厚仪的曲面壁厚校准十分重要.目前,现行校准规范仅对标准圆管提出了技术要求,但未提供校准方法.本文提出用数显测高仪校准标准圆管壁厚的方法,通过结构受力、运动过程及校准的不确定度分析,验证其可行性与合理性.实验证明:该方法能自动找"拐点",降低了劳动负荷,提升了工作效率.
Research on the Method of Calibration for the Standard Tube
As the standard calibrator of ultrasonic thickness gauge,standard round tube is very important to cali-brate curved wall thickness of ultrasonic thickness gauge.At present,the current calibration specification only puts forward the technical requirements for the standard round tube,but does not provide the calibration method.This pa-per presents a method of calibrating the wall thickness of standard round pipe with a digital display altimeter.The feasibility and rationality of the method are verified by analyzing the structural force,movement process and calibra-tion uncertainty.The experiment shows that the method can automatically find the"turning point",reduce the labor load and improve the work efficiency.
