本文介绍了一种大型称重料罐的非实物校准方法.采用可根据设定载荷自动稳定加载的液压力源,以经溯源的标准传感器作为参考标准,在龙门式反力装置中,对料罐的称重模块进行全量程、全性能校准.结果表明:该方法能保证大量程称重料罐的准确度,具有效率高、安全性好的优势.
Research on Calibration Technology of Non-physical Weighing Tank Based on Automatic Loading
This paper introduces a non-physical calibration method of large weighing tank.Using the liquid pres-sure source which can automatically and stably load according to the set load and the traceable standard sensor as the reference standard,the full range and full performance calibration of the weighing module of the tank is carried out in the gantry reaction device.The results show that the method can guarantee the accuracy of the large range weighing tank,and has the advantages of high efficiency and good safety.
