Research on Consistency of Electrostatic Discharge Current Measurement Based on Shunt Method and Rogowski Coil Method
This paper aims to study the consistency of electrostatic discharge current measurement with different measurement access methods.On the basis of analyzing the measurement methods of electrostatic discharge current,the measuring principles of shunt method and Roche coil method are emphatically expounded,and their electrostat-ic discharge current measurement is compared and analyzed.The experiment shows that the two methods have good consistency in measuring electrostatic discharge current,which is of great practical significance to improve the pro-tection performance of electrostatic discharge and to study the accurate measurement of electrostatic discharge cur-rent.
