摘要

目的:测定南通地区部分稻谷中铅、镉、铬及无机砷含量,为安全食用提供依据.方法:采用微波消解处理样品,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)、液相色谱-原子荧光谱仪进行测定,并根据GB 2762-2017国家标准,采用单因子污染指数法和重金属综合污染指数法进行评价.结论:两个地区40份稻谷普遍存在重金属污染,且铬污染较严重.

Abstract

Objective:To determine the content of Lead,cadmium,chromium and inorganic arsenic in some rice in NANTONG area,and to provide evidence for safe consumption.Methods:The samples were processed by micro-wave digestion,determined by inductively coupled plasma Mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)and liquid chromatogra-phy-atomic fluorescence spectrometer,and evaluated by single factor pollution index method and heavy metal com-posite pollution index method according to GB 2762-2017 national standard.Conclusion:Heavy metal pollution is common in 40 rice grains from two regions,and chromium pollution is serious.
