摘要

根据液位计的工作原理及JJG971-2019《液位计》检定规程,本文利用连通管中液位保持等高的特性,以激光干涉仪为主标准器,研制了液位计专用检定装置.同时,提出相应的检定方法进行量值溯源,并对其示值误差进行不确定度评定.结果表明:该装置操作便捷、适用性强,能有效提升检定精度.

Abstract

According to the working principle of liquid level gauge and JJG 971-2019"Liquid level gauge"verifi-cation regulation,this paper takes advantage of the characteristics of liquid level in connecting pipe to maintain e-qual height,and uses laser interferometer as the main standard to develop a special verification device for liquid level gauge.At the same time,the corresponding verification method is put forward to trace the quantity value and evaluate the uncertainty of its indication error.The results show that the device is convenient to operate,has strong applicability,and can effectively improve the verification accuracy.
